Returns & Plant Exchange
If a plant arrives damaged or dead, contact customer support within 90 days to ensure the exchange is met with prompt timing. Once approved, we will send you a return label and/or a refund.
All returns and exchanges must be within the 90 day period, anything after the given time period is ineligible for returns.
If chosen to return, repackage the plant in its original packaging with the new shipping label that was sent by Plantaya Customer Support.
To return the product, mail your package back to our greenhouses in California or Florida. (email Plantaya Customer Support for the nearest greenhouse to you)
Plantaya covers the cost to return an item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
All refunds are credited back to the original payment method. You should receive the refund within 2-5 business days.
90 Day Plant Exchange
All plants are eligible for an exchange with another plant of equivalent value or a Plantaya gift card within 90 days of your plant arriving. Your plant must be healthy, and in the same condition it arrived in to be eligible for a plant exchange.
- Exchange eligible with another plant or equivalent or plantaya gift card within 90 days of arrival
- The plant must be healthy and in the same condition as it arrived to be held eligible
All plants are eligible for an exchange with another plant of equivalent value or a Plantaya gift card worth the same value within 90 days of your plant arriving at your doorstep.
If you wish to exchange your plant with another plant or obtain a gift card, you must send photo evidence of the damaged plant.
Plant must be healthy and in the same condition as arrived to be eligible for exchange.
