How will my plant arrive?  

Our number one priority is that our plants arrive at your doorstep in a happy and healthy condition. We pride ourselves in nursery to doorstep action! Since each plant is different, each plant has a note on its product page.  

What if I’m interested in placing a large order?  

For large orders for your personal stores or corporate gifting inquires, please email our complimentary Plantaya support for a quote. 

Do I have to repot my plant once it arrives?  

The choice is yours! Although, we recommend you let the plant adjust to its new environment for around a week.  


After your plant has adjusted to its new temperature and light, you can pot it in its new home. Remember to always leave additional room for your plants to grow! Do what works best for you. Try out different methods!  

Why does my plant look different from the website?  

The plants from our website and the plants in our nursery will have different color, texture, and size variations. We do our best to make sure each plant is representative of what is shown on the website! (there may be subtle differences from what is displayed online)  

What happens if my plants arrive damaged?  

While we do our best to ensure that your plants come to your home safely, the shipping process isn’t always easy or gentle. When that happens, we fix it, whether it may be a mediocre plant or broken vase due to shipping mishandling. 


Should your order arrive damaged or worse, something different (a unicorn), please email Plantaya’s support team and provide a photo or video of the damaged product and we’ll get back to you within an hour. The photo/ video ensures what plant or product that needs to be replaced or refunded.

When can I expect my order to ship?

We pride ourselves in fast shipping. With orders expected to ship within 24-48 hours, your order should arrive in no time! Once each package is ready to ship, you’ll automatically receive tracking info so you can keep an eye out for your bad boy. 


Once in transit, packages take 2-5 business days to arrive. We do not have control over carrier service disruptions or delays once shipped.  

What are The shipping rates?  

We’ll let you in on a secret 🤫. It’s FREE 😮. All orders, any price, any quantity, is free at Plantaya. So you don’t have to worry about paying extra for the order to arrive safely in your home.  

What if I need to change my order?  

If you need to change your order, please email us within a day of ordering. If we cannot change your order, we will send you a full refund.  

Can I get same day delivery?  

We do not offer any same delivery options yet. But, 2-5 day shipping is pretty awesome🌱

Where do you ship?  

We currently ship the Plantaya plant humidifier worldwide! All our plants can only be shipped within the US. (Canada not included.) Don’t lose hope though! We’re currently working on international shipping for our plants.

Do you ship during the winter?  

Even in the winter, plants bring immense joy to all of us. Shipping plants during this time is complex, but we’re committed to shipping our products to all zip codes of all nations. If the weather we’re delivering to is too cold, we ask that you purchase heat packs with your order to maintain a warm and cozy environment inside the package.  


If your plants had a rough time, please email our support team with a photo and we’ll happily send you a replacement or offer you a refund.
