How Will My Plant Arrive?
Our number one priority is that your plants arrive happy and healthy at your doorstep. We pride ourselves in nursery-to-doorstep action! All plants ship with unbranded packaging.
When Will My Order Ship?
We pride ourselves on fast shipping. With orders expected to ship within 24-48 hours, your order should arrive in no time! Once your order ships, you’ll automatically receive tracking info so you can keep an eye out for your new plant!
Where Do You Ship?
We ship the Plantaya plant humidifier worldwide! Our plants only ship within the US. Don't lose hope! We're currently working on international shipping for our plants.
Do I Have To Re-pot My Plant Once It Arrives?
The choice is yours! Although, we recommend you let the plant adjust to its new environment for around a week. After your plant has adjusted to its new temperature and light, you can pot it in its new home. Remember to always leave additional room for your plants to grow! Do what works best for you. Try out different methods!
What If I Need To Change My Order?
If you need to change your order, please email us within a day of ordering. If we cannot change your order, we will send you a full refund.

90 Day Plant Exchange
You can exchange any plant (no matter the reason) with another plant of the same price or Plantaya store credit within 90 days of your plant arriving. (This service is only available for plants ordered from Plantaya). Your plant must be alive to be eligible.
Should your order arrive damaged or you receive something different (a Rhinoceros 🦏), please email Plantaya's support team and provide a photo or video of the damaged product within 90 Days. We'll get back to you asap with a return label or refund free of charge.
Q1: What is your refund policy?
We guarantee that at the time of shipment that your product is free from defects in materials and workmanship, and that it will meet the specific requirements detailed on the lot-specific datasheet provided with the product. Should you have a technical issue with a product, please contact our technical support services.
Q2: Can I return the product?
All returns must have prior authorization from EcomSolid, and are subject to a 25% restocking fee on the items plus any shipping & handling charges. Products must be shipped back to EcomSolid within 7 working days of receipt of the items. Return condition must be the same or equivalent to EcomSolid original packaging.
Q3: I ordered the wrong product. What should I do?
We will consider taking the product back, subject to a 25% restocking fee on the items plus any shipping & handling charges. The customer is responsible for shipping charges to and from EcomSolid for both the returned product and the new replacement product.
Q4: My product was damaged upon arrival. What should I do?
Malfunction and/or breakage/damage resulting from any external factors after delivery of product is covered under our terms of warranty. Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the goods. After this period or if the product was not stored as directed on the datasheet, we are unable to honor a warranty claim.
